Nearly 99 corporate issuers will see their mandatory pre-listing shareholding restrictions conclude between 12 October 2026 and 29 January 2027. According to calculations compiled by Nuvama Institutional Equities, this window will permit an estimated aggregate value of roughly $24 billion in corporate equity to be transacted across domestic exchanges. The compiled pipeline encompasses businesses that floated their shares up to 8 October 2026, releasing both founder-level and external investment stakes across standard intervals of one, three, and six months.
The total sum signifies the volume of equity clearing legal restrictions rather than confirmed market sales. A substantial share of the newly tradeable positions belongs to core founders and founding syndicates who might opt to preserve their stakes rather than offload them. Even so, market analysts noted that the conclusion of these restrictions could enlarge the tradable equity float and alter trading volumes, most visibly among enterprises where freed stock forms a hefty portion of the entire capital base.
During October 2026, multiple firms are slated to hit their thirty-day and ninety-day unlocking markers. Among the candidates highlighted by Nuvama, Xtranet Technologies features prominently due to the volume of unlocked paper reaching 38% of its entire paid-up equity. Analysts pointed out that any ensuing pressure on the company's valuation remains tied to which specific owners gain liquidity and whether those investors ultimately initiate divestment programmes on the trading floor.
The following month will register restricted-share expiries spanning diverse industries such as logistics, clean power, healthcare services, retail jewellery, milk production, and non-banking finance. Horizon Industrial Parks tops the absolute volume tally for November with 97 million equity units becoming transferable, alongside Shiprocket at 37 million units and Manipal Health Enterprises at 35 million units. For six-month restriction expirations, OnEMI Technology Solution will see 66 million shares, or 39% of total equity, turn eligible on 9 November.
December 2026 features substantial lock-in conclusions centered on manufacturing and life-sciences operations. CMR Green Technologies is scheduled to unlock 142 million shares on 9 December, a block corresponding to 65% of its issued stock base. Six days later, Hexagon Nutrition will cross its lock-in hurdle on 15 December, releasing 67 million shares that constitute 54% of its outstanding equity.
The unlocking calendar culminates in January 2027 with several prominent corporate milestones. Leading the pipeline, SBI Funds Management will see 1,428 million units—accounting for 70% of total company equity—become unrestricted on 18 January. That identical date applies to Laser Power & Infra, which will see 78 million shares, representing 55% of outstanding capital, freed for market deals. Furthermore, Kusumgar faces an expiry on 14 January involving 63 million units, or 60% of equity, while earlier in the month, on 4 January, CSM Technologies and Advit Jewels will see 55% and 53% of their equity unlocked.

- Does corporate leadership have visibility into whether early financial sponsors at firms like OnEMI Technology Solution plan secondary sales upon crossing the 9 November milestone?
- Should treasury and corporate finance monitor trading float expansion starting 12 October 2026 to gauge broader institutional appetite across newly floated peer groups?
